NeedAClaw ("I," "me") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and protect information when you use needaclaw.com and my setup services.

2. Information I Collect

• Booking information: Name, email, and scheduling preferences collected through Cal.com.
• Payment information: Payment details processed securely through Stripe. I do not store credit card information.
• Setup information: Server credentials, account details, and device information necessary to perform the setup — accessed only during the session.
• Communications: Messages sent via email or Telegram during the hypercare support period.
• Website analytics: Anonymous usage data via Cloudflare Analytics to understand traffic. No personal tracking.

3. How I Use Your Information

• To schedule and perform your setup appointment.
• To provide post-setup support during the 14-day hypercare period.
• To process payments.
• To improve the website and services.

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

• Cal.com for appointment scheduling — subject to Cal.com's Privacy Policy.
• Stripe for payment processing — subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare for hosting and analytics — subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Handling During Setup

During setup, I may temporarily access your server, network, and accounts. I commit to:

• Not installing any software beyond what is required for OpenClaw.
• Not copying, storing, or retaining any of your personal files, passwords, or data after the session.
• Only accessing information strictly necessary for the setup.

I strongly recommend changing any credentials shared with me immediately after setup.

6. Data Retention

Booking and contact information is retained as long as necessary to provide services and support. Payment records are retained as required by German tax law. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

7. Data Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. OpenClaw runs on your own hardware — your data stays on your machine and is not transmitted to me after setup.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Data portability.
