Terms of Service
Last updated: February 18, 2026
1. Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of NeedAClaw's remote and in-person installation, configuration, and support services. By booking a service, you ("Customer") agree to these Terms with NeedAClaw ("I," "me"), operated by Mahir Isikli, Berlin, Germany.
2. Scope of Services
Services include:
- Remote or in-person installation and configuration of OpenClaw software
- Security hardening (Docker sandboxing, firewall, credential isolation)
- Integration setup (email, calendar, messaging apps)
- 14-day post-setup hypercare support via email or Telegram
Services are limited to what is agreed upon during the kickoff call. Additional work beyond the initial scope may require a separate engagement.
3. Payment & Refunds
- Fees are one-time and processed via Stripe.
- Full refund if canceled before the setup session begins.
- 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy with the completed setup, I'll refund you — no questions asked.
- Ongoing VPS hosting and AI API costs are your responsibility and not included in the setup fee.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Back up all data before the setup session.
- Provide necessary access credentials and hardware details.
- Ensure your use of OpenClaw complies with applicable laws and third-party terms of service.
- Change any credentials shared during setup after the session is complete.
5. Third-Party Software
OpenClaw is open-source software maintained by its own developers. I do not own, maintain, or guarantee OpenClaw's functionality. My service covers installation, configuration, and hardening — not the ongoing development of the underlying software.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Services are provided "as is" with no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
- I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including data loss, security breaches arising from the underlying software, or business interruption.
7. Data Access
During setup, I may temporarily access your server, network, and accounts as needed. I commit to not copying, storing, or retaining any of your personal data after the session. I strongly recommend changing credentials shared during setup.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Germany, with jurisdiction in Berlin.
9. Changes
I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
